By using Affreedom Research you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Access is limited to operators explicitly authorised by the owner. Accounts are not open to the public and may be withdrawn at any time.

The application is provided for researching affiliate marketing programmes. You agree not to use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to breach the terms of any third-party service connected to it.

The application can connect to third-party services, including Google Ads, affiliate networks and public review platforms. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. You are responsible for holding valid authorisation for every account you connect.

Where this application calls the Google Ads API, that use is governed by the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google's policies, which take precedence over these terms on anything they cover.

• Only Google Ads accounts the connecting user owns are accessed.
• No advertising service is provided to any third party, and no Google Ads data is resold, redistributed or published.
• No payment is initiated, no payment method changed, and no billing setup edited.
• No Google Ads account is created through the API, and no attempt is made to work around policy review.
• Campaign management, once built, creates every new campaign paused; enabling, budget increases and removals each need an explicit confirmation.

You remain responsible for the ad text and landing pages used in any campaign created through this application, and for their compliance with Google Ads policies.

Research data is gathered from third-party sources and is provided as-is. It may be incomplete or out of date, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for a business decision.

The application is offered without any guarantee of availability. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application.
